Property Management Maintenance Service Supervisor, Atlanta Georgia

Columbia Residential is looking to hire an Experienced Professional Community Service Supervisor, who is responsible for coordinating service orders to include: Turnkey operations, move-ins, and preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely completion of assigned work orders and property repairs and guide community management staff on maintenance-related issues as needed.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor service technicians, grounds staff, and housekeepers.
  • Resolve complex issues related to maintenance work orders.
  • Identify areas in need of improvement and make recommendations.
  • Follow-up on service requests to ensure the highest quality customer satisfaction.
  • Various tasks related to maintenance operations.

Qualifications:

  • Must be hands-on; assist in the completion of work orders.
  • Must demonstrate the ability to handle multiple projects, able to prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • HS Diploma, GED or equivalent.
  • HVAC Certifications are required.
  • Pool Treatment certifications may be required (for properties with pools)
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years of multi-site property management experience.

Typical hours of work:

  • 8 am to 5 pm
  • The office is closed on the weekends
  • Rotating On-call for emergencies on the weekends
