Fleet Parts Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Fleet Parts Supervisor to join our team at the City of Atlanta, GA. As a key member of our Motor Transport Services department, you will be responsible for supervising the purchasing and acquisition, inventory, distribution, and salvaging of parts, equipment, and supplies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule pickup and delivery of repair parts for equipment targeted for release.
- Evaluate repair parts usage and stocking levels of seasonal parts.
- Approve the purchasing of automotive parts and invoices for payment.
- Administer procedures relative to receiving, inspecting, maintaining, and issuing maintenance supplies and materials.
- Ensure parts and supplies are charged to work orders.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED)
- 1-3 years' vehicle parts inventory management and supervisory experience required
- Valid Georgia driver's license
