  • Conduct comprehensive legal research on a wide range of legal issues related to ongoing and potential litigation.
  • Analyze case law, statutes, regulations, and legal precedents to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Stay updated on changes and developments in the law that may impact current and future cases.
Qualifications
  • Juris Doctorate
  • Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas
  • Minimum of 10 years of litigation and coverage experience
  • Highly skilled in research, writing, and oral arguments
  • Appellate experience preferred but not required
  • 2nd chair trial experience preferred
  • Stable work history
