We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Attorney with a focus on litigation and trial advocacy.
Salary:
$125,000 - $175,000 per year

Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to become a part of our dynamic legal team.

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload that includes commercial litigation, drafting legal documents, and handling civil and criminal law matters, as well as real estate and oil and gas regulations.

This position requires a minimum of five years of relevant experience and a proven ability to navigate complex legal issues effectively.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert legal counsel on a broad spectrum of issues related to commercial litigation, civil and criminal law, real estate, and oil and gas.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents, including contracts and pleadings.
  • Represent clients in court, during hearings, and at trials.
  • Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to inform clients of their rights and obligations.
  • Oversee all aspects of litigation processes, from investigation and pleadings to trial and appeal.
  • Formulate effective litigation strategies and present cases before judges and juries.

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated experience in commercial litigation, legal document drafting, civil and criminal law, and real estate transactions.
  • Must be licensed to practice law in the state.
  • Exceptional negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Strong research and writing abilities.
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
  • Proficient in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
