We are looking for a seasoned Attorney at the Partner Level/Track to join our legal department. The ideal candidate will deliver legal guidance on various issues, including civil litigation involving commercial, business, and contractual disputes. This role offers a remarkable chance for a qualified attorney to assume a pivotal position within the firm.Responsibilities:
  • Perform legal research and analysis to offer sound legal counsel on both intricate and standard matters.
  • Provide advice to clients on a broad spectrum of pre-litigation and litigation-related legal concerns.
  • Assist in the investigation and preparation of cases for depositions, hearings, trials, or settlements.
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, and other essential legal paperwork.
  • Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients in mediations, hearings, or other legal proceedings.
  • Manage client relationships and serve as a liaison between clients and the firm.
  • Engage actively in all facets of the business development process.
  • Stay updated on legal developments and trends, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
  • JD degree from an accredited law institution.
