Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney to join a direct hire firm in Texas. Salary: Up to $150k baseResponsibilities:
  • Represent clients in all phases of civil litigation, including pre-trial, trial, and appellate proceedings.
  • Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other court documents.
  • Develop case strategies and provide clients with legal counsel on litigation matters.
  • Attend court hearings, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, experts, and clients to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed case files and documentation.
  • Keep clients informed about case developments and provide timely responses to inquiries
Qualification's:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Texas State Bar and in good standing.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in insurance defense litigation.
  • Strong knowledge of Texas civil procedure and substantive law.
  • Proven ability to handle a high-volume caseload and work independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and litigation software.
