Job Position Description: The Customer Service Specialist requires someone who is detailed, organized, communicates clearly, is flexible and capable of thriving in a fast paced environment. The CSS is the initial point of contact for incoming calls, customer support and welcoming visitors. This is NOT a Receptionist position.
Responsibilities:
- Answer a high volume of calls in a pleasant, professional manner, document important data, and provide relevant information on the services provided by PuroClean
- Calmly and compassionately deal with irrational and emotional clients, defusing difficult situations
- Provide various levels of support and solutions to internal and external customers
- Ensure files, schedule board and compliance requirements are current with daily follow-up maintained
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in fast-paced environment
- Detail oriented with prompt, accurate follow up
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a genuine interest in people
- Proficient in Microsoft products and ability to learn new software programs
- Skilled with organization, record keeping and close attention to detail
- Desire to take ownership and continuously learn
- Ability to adapt and be flexible
