Schedule: Mon-Fri, 7:30 AM up until 6:00 PM with occasional Saturday morning flexibility
Compensation: $18-$20 per hour plus commission

The Customer Experience Specialist is a part of our call center team and will ensure friendly and knowledgeable service support for current and prospective customers
Responsibilities:
- Delivers the Unmatched Customer Experience to our customers, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor, building rapport and using probing questions to ensure their satisfaction of our products and services
- Remains readily available to interact with customers via telephone and email to provide support and information about our products and services, relay messages, and route calls to the appropriate team member
- Fields customer questions and complaints; when the question or issue is beyond the specialist's knowledge or is outside of company guidelines, forwards to the appropriate team member or supervisor
- Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers' problems and concerns
- Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments
- Supports the sales team by creating standard customer proposals and selling company services to customers when needed
- Makes calls to customers to check satisfaction, confirm scheduling, or to collect past due amounts
- Performs administrative tasks such as processing payments, preparing customer mailings, auditing sales reports and entering data
- Works as a team player, communicating with Lawn Care Specialists and Inside Sales Specialists and other team members daily
- Other duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to maintain a positive demeanor at all times
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Excel
- Ability to prioritize and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptable to multitask and to work overtime during peak season (March to June)
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide all units of measure
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year experience in fast-paced customer service; call center experience is a plus
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
