Location - Warrendale, PA

The Operations Support Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the install and service support teams with regard to staffing level management, performance management, task assignment/delegation, employee development, payroll and HR issues. This position also acts as an escalation point for customer issues.

What You Will Do:

  • Provide day-to-day oversight of the performance of support staff to monitor productivity and effectiveness.
  • Develop and coach staff on an ongoing basis by ensuring training needs are met.
  • Conduct consistent and continuous performance management through weekly 1:1 staff meeting and quarterly and annual performance reviews.
  • Resolve more difficult issues and customer concerns and act as escalation point for customer complaints.
  • Monitor warehouse inventory levels so that there is no delay regarding the ability to install and service systems.
  • Invoice and PO reconciliation.

What You'll Need:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalency
  • Minimum of 3 years Supervisory experience
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite experience
  • Advanced Customer Service Skills
  • Security Industry Experience - Preferred
