Dew Software is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials from production to delivery. As the Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating the transportation and logistics activities for the company. You will be collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery of goods to customers. Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate logistics activities including transportation, delivery, and storage of goods
  • Track and monitor shipment movements to ensure on-time delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of logistics activities
  • Manage and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and carriers
  • Develop and implement logistics policies, procedures, and strategies
  • Monitor inventory levels and implement inventory control measures
  • Manage customs and export compliance requirements

Requirements

  • Logistics experience, preferably in an automotive manufacturing environment
  • Capable of creating, maintaining excel spreadsheets, written reports and documentation
  • Excellent organization, analytical, and communication skills,
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver high quality results
  • Proven leadership ability and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to drive change with a long-term perspective across multiple functions and transform the business.
  • Team player, self-motivated, result-oriented
