Position Summary:
The Clinic Coordinator position is responsible for providing quality customer service and interacting with clients to provide information in response to inquiries about IME (Independent Medical Exam) services in a clinic office setting. Additional duties include but are not limited to, scheduling appointments, faxing, scanning, copying, mailing, and emailing of reports, letters and any other IME related documents. Other duties include checking claimants in/out of their exams, chaperoning IMEs, and assisting IME providers with various administrative support.
Some travel between different offices round the greater Tacoma area is required.
