Current Operations

Child Focus directly serves over 20,000 children, families, and adults annually. As a private, non-profit 501(c)(3) agency with over 360 staff members and 1,137 volunteers, we offer a broad range of early learning, mental health, school, and community services. With over forty years of community experience, an agency budget of $20 million dollars, and services spanning 22 counties last year, our spectrum of services includes outpatient individual, family, and group therapy, diagnostic testing, psychiatric services, day treatment, mental health prevention and treatment services in preschools and schools, mobile crisis management, a county-wide 24-hour crisis hotline (528-SAVE), parent support, Head Start for children ages prenatal to kindergarten, before and after school programs for K-5, community programs, and professional training.

We provide services in over 140 schools and preschools, pediatric offices, juvenile courts, jails, Job and Family Services, Developmental Disabilities, other community locations, and hundreds of homes in southern Ohio communities including Clermont, Brown, Hamilton, Butler, Adams, Highland, and Warren counties. In addition to serving the Greater Cincinnati area, Child Focus offers community consultation, programs, and training on school violence, child abuse, suicide prevention, and trauma-informed care to regional and international markets.

Degree Required

  • An Associate’s Degree in a computer-related field with 1 to 2 years of experience
  • OR a high school diploma with 2 to 4 years of experience in a related field.

Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Research and implement new technology projects and configuration changes as assigned by the IT Operations (ITO) team.
  • Provide tier two end-user help desk support both in person and remotely.
  • Conduct technical onboarding training for new hires.
  • Install and configure end-user equipment including computers, tablets, cell phones, and peripheral devices.
  • Create user accounts with appropriate network and phone privileges.
  • Configure and maintain Microsoft group policy objects.
