Eastridge Workforce Solutions Legal team has an opening for a Legal Secretary at a Downtown San Diego law firm. The position requires full-time in-office attendance Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and updating attorney calendars and scheduling consultations, appointments, depositions, etc.
  • Opening, stamping, scanning, imaging, uploading, routing, and filing of all incoming and outgoing mail
  • Preparing pleadings for court filing (State and Federal) and service
  • Electronically file/serve documents
  • Preparing exhibit binders and hearing/trial binders for attorneys
  • Drafting client correspondence
  • Providing additional administrative support

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of three years of litigation legal secretary experience
  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
  • Professional appearance and professional communication with clients and co-workers
  • Strong working knowledge of legal software
