Job Summary:
International Subaru of Orland Park is seeking a motivated and experienced BDC Internet Sales Manager to join our team in Tinley Park, Illinois. This full-time, management position offers a competitive salary and bonus earnings between $50,000 to $100,000 per year, paid biweekly. The BDC Internet Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our dealership's online sales, from managing leads and building relationships with customers to monitoring online inventory and coordinating with the sales team.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to all inbound leads from online sources, such as the dealership website, third-party lead providers, and social media platforms
- Build relationships with customers through various communication channels, including email, phone calls, and text messages
- Monitor and update online inventory to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available to potential customers
- Coordinate with the sales team to schedule appointments and follow up with leads to drive sales
- Utilize various software and tools to track and analyze online leads and sales performance
- Stay current with industry trends and changes in the online sales landscape to identify new opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop and implement online sales strategies and campaigns
- Conduct regular trainings with sales team on best practices for converting online leads into sales
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to all online customers

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in internet sales or ecommerce, preferably in the automotive industry
- Proven track record of success in generating and converting online leads
- Strong knowledge of online sales techniques and strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using CRM software and other online sales tools
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
