Our commitment extends beyond product delivery, as we also specialize in offering comprehensive vendor-managed inventory services, installation services, and two Parker Store locations.

Job Overview:

Bristol Hose and Fitting is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead and inspire a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the manufacturing and wholesale distribution industry, particularly in fluid connectors and hose sales. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of 3-4 outside sales representatives and 4 inside sales representatives.

1. Leadership and Team Management:

Effectively lead, motivate, and manage a team of outside and inside sales representatives.

Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to enhance individual and team performance.

Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.

2.Sales Strategy and Execution:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.

Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.

Collaborate with the executive team to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

3.Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their unique requirements.

Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and proactively addressing evolving needs.

4.Sales Team Development:

Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Implement performance metrics and KPIs to monitor and improve team performance.

5.Forecasting and Reporting:

Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the executive team.

Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven track record of at least 7-10 years in sales, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.

Strong understanding of the manufacturing and wholesale distribution industry, particularly in fluid connectors and hose sales.

Exceptional leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Familiarity with vendor-managed inventory services is a plus.
