No previous experience? No problem

If you have proven experience selling in another industry, plus great customer service skills, and are ready to learn and grow, we can teach you everything you need to know about the industry. Entry-level applicants will begin with a $15.00 an hour and an opportunity to earn additional compensation during their first year.

Experienced applicants start with a $20.00 an hour and top performers earned an additional $20,000 in commission last year. Responsibilities
  1. Develop insurance quotes, and close sales.
  2. Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
  3. Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
  4. Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
  5. Assess and identify the wants and needs of your customer(s) over the phone.

Requirements
  1. Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
  2. Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
  3. Must be highly self-motivated.
  4. Professional phone etiquette.
  5. Great Customer Service Skills.
  6. Be capable of handling customer rejection.
