Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, offering personalized insurance solutions tailored to their needs.

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and meet sales targets.

Policy Review: Conduct policy reviews with clients to ensure they have adequate coverage and understand their insurance options.

Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new leads through networking, referrals, and other channels to expand the client base.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and advocating for clients' best interests.

Continuous Education: Stay informed about industry trends, insurance products, and regulatory changes to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients.


Requirements

Licensing: Must hold an active Life and Health Insurance license.

Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is an advantage.

Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail when analyzing policies and providing recommendations.

Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and drive sales results.

Professionalism: Represent the company in a positive light and uphold ethical standards.
