Responsibilities

Client Education: Educate clients on available insurance options and help them make informed decisions.

Policies Sales: Sell insurance policies that meet the unique needs and preferences of each client.

Client Support: Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their long-term satisfaction and loyalty to the agency.

Professional Development: Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients.


Requirements

Licensing: Active insurance license in Massachusetts is required.

Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is highly preferred.

Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach.

Driven & Motivated: Self-motivated individual with a passion for sales and customer service.

Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
