Shifts Available:- 1st Shift: 8am to 4:30pm
- Pay: $25.00 - $31.00 DOE
- Prepare Purchase Orders and maintain the PO confirmations
- Receiving Purchase Orders
- Maintaining open Purchase Orders
- Expediting Purchase Order shipments
- Work directly with Vendors
- Maintain Vendor data including PO’s, history, lead times, costs, etc.
- Sourcing non-production goods
- Maintain office supplies inventory
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Able to multi-task, prioritize and manage time efficiently
- 2-5 years’ experience in manufacturing purchasing, preferred
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to work independently.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
