Job Description

Accountants One is seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team in Woodstock, GA. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience processing full-cycle Accounts Payable.

  • Verify and process 50-75 invoices per week, along with purchase orders, utilizing 3-way matching.
  • Reconcile credit cards daily, managing transactions totaling $250k per month or 300-500 transactions monthly.
  • Calculate, post, and manage accounts based on invoices received and processed.
  • Monthly statement review and analysis.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communication with clients.
  • Research accounts for discrepancies and make necessary adjustments.
  • Assist with payroll reporting and other duties as assigned.
  • Utilize Sage and Planergy Software.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience processing Accounts Payable.
  • Proficiency in Excel for spreadsheets and data entry.
  • Customer service mindset and effective communication.
  • High School diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
  • 100% in-office work, 8 am to 4:30 pm.
