The Project Manager will be responsible for leading our project teams and ensuring the successful completion of organizational projects. The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and a proven ability to strategize and implement high-level project initiatives. As a leader in Project Management, you will oversee a variety of projects from both the Production Department and the PR Department.


Responsibilities and Duties:


  • Fluent in both English and French
  • Develop and update project plans, including project objectives, technologies, systems, specifications, and schedules.
  • Manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Monitor or track project milestones and deliverables.
  • Confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems.
  • Submit project deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Assess current or future customer needs and priorities through direct interaction, market research or other means.
  • Negotiate with project stakeholders or suppliers to obtain resources or materials.
  • Identify, review, or select vendors or consultants to meet project needs.
  • Establish and execute a project internal communication plan.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related quantitative field.
  • 2+ years of project management and related experience.
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful.
  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
  • R Studio, Microsoft Suite, SQL, and Tableau experience preferred.


Skills:

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail.


Working Conditions:

  • Primarily in an office environment. Will require travel to project sites.
  • May require working outside of the regular business hours on occasion.
