Job Title: Data Entry Specialist

Advanced Technology Leaders has an immediate opening for those ready for an exciting and dynamic career as a Data Entry Specialist who will be able to operate with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems. Contribute to deliverables and performance metrics where applicable.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and compile data for reports and/or presentations from established sources and inputs information quickly and accurately from a variety of sources.
  • Contribute to internal reports, manage customer inquiries, update and complete delegated tasks to ensure progress to deadlines, and maintain quality standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Five (5) or more years of documented experience.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft suite applications.
  • Skill in contributing to internal reports manages customer inquiries, update and completing delegated tasks to ensure progress to meet deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
  • Ability to assemble and compile data for reports and/or presentations from established sources and input information quickly and accurately from a variety of sources.
  • Ability to function effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Work Authorization/Security Clearance: An active TS/SCI Security Clearance must be held throughout the life of the contract.

Work Environment: This job operates in an office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.

Physical Demands:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
  • Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

Travel: Minimal travel for corporate support may occur for this position.
