As a Sales Consultant, your commission-based earning potential is significant, with expected pay ranging from $50,000 to $150,000 per year.

THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR SALES CONSULTANT

THE SCHEDULE:

You will have Sundays off and one other day off each week. This position works every Saturday.

YOUR ROLE:

Your warm and friendly approach will create a welcoming atmosphere for customers as they explore our dealership. In addition to in-person interactions, you will also be responsible for electronic follow-up with customers, ensuring that their inquiries are promptly addressed and their needs are met. This will require strong communication skills and attention to detail. As part of your role, you will have ample opportunities to learn and expand your product knowledge. This will enable you to confidently and accurately answer any questions customers may have about our vehicles, features, and options. With our extensive training and resources, you will become an expert in our products, ensuring that customers have a seamless and informative car-buying experience.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to read and write effectively
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers
  • Valid driver's license

Preferred but not required:

  • Some sales experience
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
