Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certification in sterile processing or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience working in a healthcare setting, specifically in sterile processing.
- Knowledge of sterilization techniques and guidelines.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow strict protocols.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain sterilization equipment.
- Clean, disinfect, and sterilize medical instruments and equipment.
- Monitor and document sterilization processes.
- Inspect and assemble instrument trays and surgical packs.
- Stock and organize supplies in sterile processing areas.
- Adhere to all safety and infection control procedures.
- Collaborate with healthcare personnel to ensure timely availability of sterile equipment.
- Participate in training and continuing education programs as required.
