Strategic Communications Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Communications Specialist to join our team at D-H Lebanon-MHMH. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive internal communications plans to inform and educate employees on key operational issues, strategic priorities, and organizational goals.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate communications, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement internal communications plans to engage employees and promote organizational goals
- Collaborate with leadership and nursing teams to develop and execute communication strategies
- Write and edit key leadership communications, including organizational structure and transitions, policy changes, and employee compensation and benefits
- Partner with Communications & Marketing teams to maximize the effectiveness and reach of internal communications
- Assume responsibility for leading internal communications with the Nursing Shared Governance Committee
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant corporate communications experience
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with a sense of diplomacy and flexibility
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
