Qualifications: Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & Adobe Acrobat is required. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to properly handle sensitive project and financial information. Understanding of real estate development processes and local regulatory requirements is a plus. Must be willing to work in the office +/- 3 days a week for an average of 25-30 hours. Being a notary public is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Assist TRP principals and development manager in the coordination and management of real estate development projects from inception to completion.
- Conduct market research and analysis to support project feasibility studies and decision-making processes.
- Prepare, file, and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of permit applications and other regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines and objectives are met.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the development team.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
- Draft documents including but not limited to meeting minutes, meeting agendas, project invoicing, spreadsheets/data entry assist with the team's decision making, and high-level overviews on project statuses.
- Perform other administrative tasks and support as needed including periodic visits to project sites and assets under management (within the Richmond MSA).
- Maintain organized and up-to-date project files and records.
- Visit properties in the greater Richmond area from time-to-time to take pictures, hand-deliver documentation, and to transfer permits and checks
