Days: 7:00 am - 4:30 pm

$23-$28 per hour DOE

This is a rare opportunity to join a company who was the first one to introduce LED lighting of any kind in a commercial application. They need you to help carry on this tradition of excellence in the marketplace If you have strong mechanical skills and have successfully managed a work crew (ie, construction, masonry, woodworking, HVAC, plumbing, etc.), you may be considered for this position

Job Summary:

This position will be responsible for installing custom signage and leading other crew members. There will be some occasional overnight travel after training. You are required to have a valid driver's license and a clean MVR.

Requirements:

In this position, you must be able to:

  • Lead and direct other crew members
  • Previous experience with installing signage preferred but not required
  • Use basic hand tools
  • Read a tape measure down to 1/16"
  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures. Ensure that work is in accordance with relevant codes. May install or service street lights, intercom systems, or electrical control systems.
  • Work from ladders, scaffolds, or roofs to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring, equipment, or fixtures
  • Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components.
  • Test electrical systems or continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, or fixtures, using testing devices, such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, or oscilloscopes, to ensure compatibility and safety of system
  • Place conduit, pipes, or tubing, inside designated partitions, walls, or other concealed areas, and pull insulated wires or cables through the conduit to complete circuits between boxes.
  • Work in all weather conditions
  • Shovel, climb and work from ladders and lift over 50#
  • Read, write, communicate in English
