POSITION SUMMARY
We are in search of dedicated and skilled construction technicians, ranging from experienced foremen to recent graduates. We welcome individuals with varying levels of expertise who are eager to enhance their personal and professional growth within a thriving local commercial HVAC sector.
QUALIFICATIONS THAT SET YOU APART
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the installation of heavy commercial HVAC systems, including chillers, RTUs, AHUs, cooling towers, boilers, and pumps.
- Possession of an Unlimited Journeyman License.
- A technical degree in HVAC or 5-10 years of relevant industry experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and install a variety of light and heavy commercial HVAC systems while adhering to project timelines.
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors, engineers, and facility owners.
- Utilize your knowledge of chilled water and boiler systems effectively.
- Provide accurate estimates for repair and installation labor hours to the sales team.
- Lead and mentor a team of installers, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
- Engage with clients for job specifications, technical support, project budgets, and estimates, employing strong communication skills.
- Diagnose and resolve issues that may arise during installation.
- Educate customers on the proper operation and maintenance of installed systems.
- Document installation processes with a comprehensive startup record.
