Job Description

Reporting to the Senior Director, the Billing Coordinator performs billing and billing-related administrative tasks. You will be responsible for completing the monthly billing and customer analysis, and assist with special projects.

You will:

  • Process accounts receivable with emphasis on customer billing
  • Work in multiple systems to prepare invoices monthly
  • Review contracts to set up one-time, recurring fees and transaction pricing models
  • Process client inquiries and requests in a timely and cooperative manner
  • Work closely with sales and multiple departments to complete billing accurately
  • Help with customer requests and audit
  • Reconcile account discrepancies
  • Maintain customer records
  • Multiple projects and analysis reporting by request
  • Process monthly off cycle invoices
Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of accounts receivable experience
  • Microsoft Office experience required
  • Intermediate Excel and above average computer skills
  • Change management and flexibility a must
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time effectively
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Must be local to the Franklin, TN area
