Recruiter and Administrative Assistant
This position will be reporting to the Home Care Operations Manager and have multiple responsibilities around the office. This role is a fun and exciting opportunity to help our Greer location grow their care team The recruiter will be responsible for reaching out to new potential caregivers, getting them onboard to work with Elite This full-time hourly position is from 7:30 am - 4 pm. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Post open positions, review, sort candidates who have applied, schedule interviews.
- Interview, onboard, and orient new candidates
- Checking missed shifts and calling caregivers in a timely manner to ensure they are en route.
- Helping ensure client care is satisfactory.
- Communicate schedule with client and caregiver as directed by supervisor.
- Uploading documents to electronic documentation system
- Assist in maintaining HR documents of all caregivers as directed by supervisor.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills
- Able to maintain sensitive and/or confidential information.
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to understand and follow site protocols, policies, and quality.
- High School Diploma/GED
