11am~8pm, M-F schedule

Based out of the Pineville warehouse, the Warehouse Associate works to unload inbound freight vehicles, count inventory and track POS, count in trucks at the end of the day and get them loaded and ready to go.

In the mornings you will spend your time helping out the sales team with cooler drops, store resets, and setting up displays, and in the afternoons you will work in the warehouse getting the trucks loaded back up for the day. The days will go by quickly

  • Inventory Check & Warehouse Upkeep
    • Cycle Count inventory
    • Use First In First Out procedures.
    • Complete repack of product as needed.
    • Light cleaning in warehouse and office area
    • Run support inventory to ASMs
  • Loader
    • Checks in trucks properly as they return. Check in/out process adheres to company policy, accuracy, and efficiency.
    • Works with team to load trucks for next day or park out for the current day and make sure they are properly loaded.
    • Repacks product as needed
    • Cleans warehouse facility and removes debris and trash
    • Creates an environment of teamwork between warehouse team and sales team
  • Point of Sale Inventory
    • Maintains accurate inventory of POS for warehouse.
    • Develops and maintains process for receiving, storing, loading and delivering POS.
    • Coordinates the receiving and tagging of new POS and works with office personnel to properly bin and document the POS in Encompass.
    • Manages the cooler repair process.
    • Deliver coolers to stores and set up displays/ complete resets in stores.
  • Compliance:
    • Inventory and Asset Check in/out process is adhered to company policy, accuracy and efficiency.
    • Vehicles are properly loaded (weight and balance)100% of the time and loads are properly secured.
    • Guarantees daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly warehouse duties are adhered to, and company warehouse standards are met.
    • Walks around compliance auditors. Report back any compliance issues to executive leadership.
    • Serves as lead for any compliance violations.
    • Maintains a culture of safety first with proper training and holding employees accountable.
  • Forklift Driver
    • Unload freight as it arrives
    • Safely maneuver product throughout the warehouse, stacking and taking care of rotation
    • Brings product to the vehicles for ease of loading
    • Organizes the facility
    • Follows proper procedures for inbound freight, verifies accuracy of load and completes paperwork.

Job Requirements:

  • Accurate and developed math skills
  • Self–motivated, detail-oriented, reliable, good communication skills, personable, positive attitude
  • Must be able to adeptly work a handheld and have basic computing skills
  • Able to consistently lift 50 lbs. (cases of Red Bull)
  • Forklift certified, preferred; willing to drive a forklift, required
  • DOT medical card required (If you do not have one, you will need to take the DOT physical.)
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Driving record with 3 or fewer speeding tickets, no OWIs and no at-fault accidents in the last five years.
