Customer care specialist | $26.00 per hour | Manufacturing EnvironmentWhat Matters Most:· Pay: $26.00 per hour· 1st Shift: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday - Friday· Location: South Charlotte (28273)· Weekly payResponsible for communication with customers concerning finished product deliveries, managing distribution lists, tracking orders, and verifying proof of deliveries. Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for checking and collecting customer demand through different sources (emails, web portal, ….).
  • Data entry of the demand into Company ERP on a daily/weekly basis to allow proper and timely planning.
  • Maintains shipping schedule and carefully analyzes potential critical shortages of products or backlog that could generate customer complaints and extra costs.
  • Ensures the right products are delivered to the right location on time and at a good cost.
Requirements:
  • Shipping Management knowledge
  • Coming from a manufacturing environment is highly preferable.
  • Warehouse and forklift experience will be considered a plus
  • Production Planning understanding
  • MS Office knowledge (Excel Advanced)
  • AS400 or similar ERP system
  • Familiar with barcode labeling of products and warehouse management system
General Skills:Must be reliable, handle multiple priorities, and work independently with little direction.
Must be detail-oriented and possess excellent organizational skills. Customers-oriented to ensure best-in-class customer service.
