Position Overview:
We are actively seeking talented and experienced Industrial Maintenance Specialists to become part of our state-of-the-art Injection Molding facility. Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, the selected candidates will be responsible for the upkeep of machinery and infrastructure, prioritizing safety, product excellence, production efficiency, cleanliness, and cost management to achieve operational goals.
What We Provide:

- 12-Hour Shifts, with a Schedule of 4 Days On and 4 Days Off, totaling 84 Hours Bi-Weekly
Key Responsibilities:
- Exhibit proficiency in electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, automation, and theoretical mechanics within an automated manufacturing environment.
- Diagnose, interpret, and modify mechanical schematics while conducting root cause analysis for injection molding machinery.
- Perform routine Preventative Maintenance on electrical controls, process instrumentation, and PLC programming.
- Specify materials and effectively utilize fabrication, millwright, and mechanical tools.
- Consistently adhere to all HR policies, procedures, and Environmental Health & Safety programs.
- Possibly mentor and support fellow team members.
- Execute any additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, piping, and welding, preferably in a high-paced manufacturing setting.
- Knowledge of injection molding, plastics, and automated machinery is advantageous.
- An Associate Degree in electronics or a related field is preferred.
- Welding capabilities (Stick, MiG, TIG) may be necessary.
- Successful completion of a drug screening and physical examination is required.
- Availability to work 12-hour shifts, 4 days on and 4 days off.
