Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Associate to join our team As the Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will greet customers as they arrive, direct them appropriately, answer phone calls, and maintain the front desk area. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking. If youre a people person with a passion for guest service, we want to hear from you

Responsibilities:
  • Welcome guests and prospective members
  • Provide tours for prospective members
  • Respond to inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email
  • Maintain a clean and organized lobby and front desk area
  • Accurately record client information and accept payments
  • Schedule reservations and shuttle service
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Good communication between co-workers
  • Ensure hotel policies are followed and communicated properly
Qualifications:
  • Friendly and professional disposition
  • High Standards for personal performance.
  • A passion for guest service
  • Two or more years of customer service, receptionist, or front desk experience is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong work ethic
  • Familiar with computers, spreadsheets, and scheduling software
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible work schedule, including the ability to work weekends and holidays are required
