Office Status: Onsite

Responsibilities:

· System configurations, user administration. account creation/account deletion, onboarding/offboarding users in the system.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and configure the HRIS system, particularly focusing on Paylocity modules, to align with organizational processes and policies.

· Proactively identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and enhance system functionality, proposing and implementing solutions to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

· Stay informed about relevant HR laws and regulations to ensure compliance with data privacy and security requirements, implementing appropriate safeguards within the HRIS.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in HRIS administration, with exposure to Paylocity preferred but not required.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and practices, including employee lifecycle management, compensation, benefits, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing issues and driving process improvements.
