Administrative duties include:
- Answer incoming phone calls in a timely manner
- Outbound calling and lead management
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Scheduling appointments for outreach specialists and technicians
- Data Entry
- Excel list generation
- Working closely with Sacramento customers
- Invoicing / Offboarding
