Position Overview:
As a Corporate Trainee, you'll embark on an exciting journey of learning and development, gaining valuable experience in all aspects of the Parker Store Customer Service and Warehouse Operations. Under the guidance of seasoned professionals, you'll receive comprehensive training and support to excel in your role and advance within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn and execute store opening, operating, and closing procedures with precision and efficiency.
  • Provide outstanding customer service both in-person and over the phone, ensuring customer satisfaction at every interaction.
  • Master order entry and processing using our business system, demonstrating attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Assist in inventory management tasks, including reviewing, pulling, preparing, packaging, and shipping orders.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required, with a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
  • Previous customer service experience in a retail environment is preferred but not required.
  • Basic PC skills, including familiarity with MS Office and POS/Business Systems.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a mechanical aptitude are highly valued.
  • Possession of a valid Driver’s License is required.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrated sales and negotiation skills, with a passion for exceeding targets and driving results.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, customers, and management.
