Call Center Supervisor

We are seeking dynamic, driven professionals to join our management team and lead our sales efforts. As a Sales Team Supervisor, you'll be responsible for motivating and coaching your team, achieving daily and weekly sales goals, and resolving customer issues by effectively utilizing company policies. We’re looking for leaders who are passionate about customer satisfaction and can make quick, informed decisions to drive results.
About Us: We are an outbound call center working with both residential and commercial customers, offering them a choice in what they pay for their electricity and/or gas bills. We provide comprehensive, paid training that can take up to 8 weeks. During training, you'll earn an hourly wage and additional compensation for your own sales production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead your team to meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets
- Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings based on company-defined metrics
- Attend daily management meetings and mandatory training sessions to stay up-to-date on company policies and products
- Train and mentor new employees to ensure they’re equipped for success
- Address and resolve customer concerns quickly and efficiently

Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales supervisory role (required)
- Contact center experience is a strong plus
- Proven ability to motivate and drive a sales team to meet or exceed targets
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to thrive in a goal-oriented environment with a focus on results
- Basic computer proficiency
- Open availability (Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM)
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Must pass a background check
