Corcentric, a leading provider of cloud-based finance and procurement solutions, seeks a Supplier Enablement & Onboarding Specialist to join the Purchase Order (PO) Solutions team within the Customer Success organization. At Corcentric, we help thousands of customers to save money through the power of group purchasing. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the onboarding and enablement process of new suppliers onto our Corcentric platform. You will work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience.

We are currently hiring out of our Cherry Hill, NJ office, however, this role may be eligible for voluntary work-from-home consideration. In order to be considered for this position, you should live within a commutable distance to this office, even if you plan to request a work-from-home arrangement, as there may be times when in-person meetings, training sessions, social events, or similar activities are held onsite.

This key position reports into the Supervisor, Enrollments, PO Solutions. We’re a dedicated, down-to-earth group in a growing organization offering plenty of opportunity. We look forward to adding you into the mix

As a Supplier Enablement & Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Contacting suppliers to collect and verify information
  • Setting up supplier contracts and configuring the system
  • Communicating with suppliers to answer questions and address issues
  • Conducting training sessions to enhance supplier understanding of the Corcentric platform
  • Working with the Sales team to ensure successful onboarding for new clients
  • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline the onboarding process

Requirements

You’ll need to have:

  • Approximately 2 years of experience in customer support, supplier enablement, or similar position with transferrable skills
  • General knowledge of supplier management and procurement processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on customer satisfaction and building strong relationships.
  • Ability and willingness to learn and multi-task in a fast-paced environment, working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to effectively learn and communicate the benefits of different Corcentric platforms, including pricing and terms where relevant.
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft tools including Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities; Diligent and effective in all internal and external follow up.
  • The drive to exceed goals and deadlines.
  • A positive, “can do” attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment.

It’s great if you also have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Experience with supplier management platforms or procurement systems
