Position Summary:

  • The Digital Marketing Coordinator will work with a KVC Health Systems business unit to achieve its goals through strategic digital marketing campaigns. This role involves managing social media, creating content, email marketing, and SEO. We seek a dynamic team player to collaborate with our Marketing & Communication team for cohesive communication strategies.

Location:

  • St. Louis-Webster Groves, MO

Schedule:

  • Hybrid; 1-2 days a week in office

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, media studies or related field, preferred

Experience:

  • Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in digital marketing

Preferred Experience/Education:

  • Demonstrated success developing and executing digital marketing strategies across various channels (e.g., social media, SEO, email marketing, content marketing)
  • Strong project management and organization skills; able to manage projects with many moving parts and timelines
  • Proficiency in leveraging social media platforms for marketing and brand management
  • Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM and marketing automation tools
  • Experience in content creation, including excellent writing and proofreading
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and metrics to drive marketing decisions
  • Strong interpersonal skills and verbal communication
  • Adobe Creative Suite or Canva

Certification/Licensure:

  • At least 21 years old
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Valid Auto Insurance

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies and campaigns to meet business goals, increase brand awareness, and generate leads.
  • Build a content/editorial calendar for social media, websites, blogs, newsletters, etc.
  • Create compelling content that aligns with the mission and resonates with target audiences.
  • Manage and grow social media presence.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns through HubSpot.
  • Manage and improve the website, ensuring strong SEO and user experience.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to inform strategy and report on campaign effectiveness.
  • Align digital marketing efforts with broader communications strategies.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends and best practices, advising team members as needed.
