Responsibilities:

  • Establish insurance customer relationships and follow up with insurance customers, as needed.
  • Help develop new prospective insurance customers to quote and write State Farm insurance and financial services products.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly insurance customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, insurance coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and insurance billing clarification.
  • Use an insurance customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Insurance lead generation-proactively seeking out new business opportunities through various channels, including referrals, networking events, and community involvement.
  • Develop insurance leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
