A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A HUMAN RESOURCE GENERALIST:

As a HR Generalist, you will assist CLC Leadership and ensure compliance of state and federal employment law. The HR Generalist serves as the point of contact for systems issues and policies & procedures in Human Resources areas. HR Generalist is responsible for employee relations and investigations in their responsible area. The HR Generalist will perform and maintain retention processes and provide the direction and support to help the hiring managers to ensure adequate staffing is provided for the persons supported and will provide aid and guidance to employees regarding pay, employee relations, leave and all other HR related area and any other duties assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Ability to pass a background check upon hire
  • Valid driver's license

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree with two (2) years' experience in Human Resources Generalist or an Associates degree with three (3) years' experience in Human Resource Generalist
  • Experience in administering Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
  • PHR or SHRM-CP preferred
