  • This position is accountable for performing a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the Manager and/or department to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Relieve management of administrative detail, all projects
  • Update and chase delegated tasks to ensure progress to deadlines
  • Keep projects on schedule
  • Compose correspondence/reports for own or manager's signature.
  • Research, draft or abstract reports
  • Prepare quotations for customers
  • Assist with creating financial models

  • Three years of related work experience
  • Two years of experience in accounting
  • Excellent computer skills with a strong knowledge of Windows, Excel, Word and PowerPoint are necessary.
