Requirements:

  • This position will require working directly with customers in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to mulit-task, follow through and follow up on sales

  • Self-confident and self-motiveated with the ability to work independently.
  • MUST have a goal oriented mindset
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have computer skills.
  • Stong listening skills.
  • Strong organizational skills are a must.
  • ABILTIY TO PASS A PRE-SCREENING BACKGROUND CHECK
Responsibilities:


  • Generate insurance quotes, deliver sales presentation and finalize sales
  • Ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines.
  • Meet daily phone call and quote goals.
  • Meet sales goals in order to meet quotas set by the management team.
*Current insurance license is not required to submit an application. We will help you though the process of becoming licensed in PA, MD and VA.
*Reimbursement for initial training provided
