SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Sole Contributor

JOB LOCATION: Anywhere

SUMMARY OF POSITION

Dedicated to supporting i3 education sales success the SDR rep will drive sales through whitespace growth and teamwork. Core responsibilities are creating email campaigns, nurturing leads, cold calling, appointment setting, territory planning, relationship building, and product promotion. As the SDR becomes more knowledgeable or our software and our consultative selling practices there will be an opportunity to grow into a quota carrying territory account executive.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • 1+ years' sales or support experience in the K12 education market and/or complex solution software (FinTech) industries
  • 4-year college degree is preferred but not required
  • 2+ years’ experience with Microsoft Office 365 software package
  • High school Diploma or GED is required

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Nurturing and converting warm untouched leads through consistent communication
  • Promoting and marketing i3 Education through extensive and persistent cold calling, emails, and communication(s) to prospective clients
  • Scheduling Initial prospecting meetings for the sales team
  • Providing in depth information to the sales team to enable the most qualified and productive demos
  • Researching and evaluating additional leads/prospects through web research
  • Working together with the Senior Account Executives to grow a specific sales territory
  • Working with the VP of Sales to learn consultative selling practices and create new prospecting strategies
  • Help as needed to build awareness on special projects / events
  • Maintaining all contacts/opportunities and recording all progress in Salesforce
  • Work as an internal partner with marketing, support, and product development to be their “eyes” in the marketplace providing competitive feedback
