This position's duties include actions in Customer Order Entry, Materials Management, Human Resources, and Financial Management, all of which contribute to improved shop floor output and firm financial success.
This role is ideal for a growth-oriented individual with a financial and thorough business management attitude who wants and can develop.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- A willingness and drive to learn and contribute in support of Sales, Manufacturing, and Quality.
- Manages invoicing, AR/AP, and banking.
- Payroll, personal time off, insurance, and employee onboarding are all managed.
- Accepts customer orders, checks price, and inputs them into the production system.
Qualifications: Education, Experience, Special Skills, and Knowledge
Education: 2 or 4-year Business degree and / or 2- or 4-year Engineering Degree is preferred.
Knowledge - Must have:
- Strong oral and communication skills.
- Familiarity with financial analysis, income statement, and balance sheets.
- Self-motivation and good team communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Email, and Word.
Additional skills to make the candidate more attractive would include:
- Experience in working with an ERP system.
- Knowledge of machine shop equipment: CNC Mills, CNC lathes, CNC heat treat, and assembly.
- Experience in responding to RFQ's.
- Office Manager experience
- Experience in procurement.

Client uses Swiss CNC, CNC Turning & Machining, Screw Machining, Thread Rolling, Grinding, Fabrication and associated processes to produce components and assemblies. Client has fifteen employees in its 44,000 sq. ft. facility located in Clarksville, TN.
