Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Junior Account Representative to join our dynamic team at Pattern Promotions. In this role, you will work closely with our clients and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes. Your primary focus will be on maintaining and enhancing client relationships, managing accounts, and supporting senior account representatives in various tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing and nurturing client relationships.
  • Support senior account representatives in day-to-day account management.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and reports for clients.
  • Monitor and analyze account performance and provide recommendations.
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
