Job DescriptionJob Description
We are currently seeking an Electronic Technician towork on Datacard Central Issuance Systems may also work on desktop printers, and card counters. This position will mostly work at the Eighty Four, PA location (just south of Pittsburgh) repairing and refurbishing used equipment for sale, offering phone support, and supporting our own in-house card printing service bureau. Up to 25% of the time will be spent traveling to customer sites to repair, move, or install equipment.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Repair, rebuild and refurbish specialized equipment.
  • Install and troubleshoot computer software.
  • Clean, inspect and prep equipment prior to shipping.
  • Contribute to team effort by completing necessary tasks, may be asked to assist in other areas.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must Have Mechanical and technical experience
  • Electronics repair experience a plus
  • Must have a positive attitude and communicate on a professional level
  • Ability to function with limited supervision
  • Ability to operate a motor vehicle max length 26 and have current PA drivers license
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pound
  • Ability and willingness to travel and stay overnight occasionally
  • Skilled with basic tools
