Responsibilities:
- Assist with all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
- Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees' records.
- Participate in recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Assist in organizing training & development initiatives.
- Participate in performance management processes.
- Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and current regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in HR roles.
- Experience with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Knowledge of employee benefits and benefits administration.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.
This is an on-site position, Monday through Friday.
