Compensation:$65,000+ at plan commission
Responsibilities:- Assist home buyers and sellers in the process of negotiation, providing advice on market prices, mortgages, legal requirements, etc.
- Carry out comparative market analysis to estimate the worth of properties
- Advertise real estate to potential customers
- Utilize efficient follow-up services to keep in contact with leads and clients
- Prepare and submit appropriate contracts and paperwork
- Update Showcase Realty’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) program with listings
- Remain up to date on real estate trends in the region
- Furnish clients with up-to-date info on local markets and real estate trends in Charlotte, NC
- Must hold a valid NC and/or SC Real Estate license
- Proficiency in Spanish or other language is an advantage
- Driven to excel in the Real Estate industry
